For 10 years, I've been guiding 1,000+ women and men to embrace their feminine and sexual wholeness—from shutdown to fulfillment, sovereignty, and self-healing.
But for me, it wasn't always like this.
There was a time when I didn't feel very connected to my needs, my desires, my body, and my authentic voice. That voice that is born from my deepest self, womb, and heart.
My own healing journey—including healing from second-degree pelvic prolapse, transgenerational sexual trauma, misscariage and deep shame ingrained in my body—led me to study Tao Tantric arts, Pelvic Floor therapy, Breathwork, Trauma Informed care, QI gong, Somatic embodiment and immerse myself in different lineages of Feminine Mysteries and indigenous healing modalities and my own medicine path for the past 20+ years.

QUESTIONS, WE GOT YOU!
Q: I've never used a yoni egg before. Is that a problem? A: Perfect. We teach you everything from the beginning. Most women in the program have never used one. You'll learn proper technique, energetic work, and how to listen to your body's feedback. We also offer alternatives if yoni eggs don't resonate with you.
Q: What if I can't make the live calls? A: All calls are recorded and available within 24 hours. However, the live container is powerful and transformative—the energy of the group, the real-time interaction, and the immediate support matter. We encourage live attendance when possible. That said, life happens. Missing a few is okay; missing most will impact your results.
Q: Do I need to be able to orgasm already? A: No. Many women join this program having never orgasmed. That's exactly what we work with. By the end of 4 months, most women are experiencing pleasure and orgasm in ways they never thought possible. Orgasm isn't the goal—wholeness is. Pleasure follows.
Q: What if I have pelvic pain or sexual trauma? A: This program is specifically designed for pelvic trauma healing. We move at YOUR pace with full consent and body sovereignty. Q: I'm nervous about plant medicine. Can I still come? A: Ceremonies are optional. Many skip them and still get profound healing.
Q: Can I do this if I have an IUD? A: Yes, with modifications. We'll discuss your specific situation on your discovery call and adjust practices accordingly. Your body, your rules.
Q: What about my schedule? I have a busy life. A: The time investment is real (about 5-8 hours per month for live sessions + personal practice time). The question isn't whether you have time—it's whether you're willing to MAKE time for your own healing. If your pleasure and wholeness matter to you, you'll find the time.
